Royal Islander Club Resort La Terrasse Lowlands, Lowlands

We stayed at Royal Islander, La Terrasse, and the experience was quite mixed. While the room was well-kept and offered stunning ocean views, there were several maintenance issues that dampened our stay. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, and the location near restaurants and shops made our days more enjoyable, but the limited amenities left something to be desired.

The resort offers a stunning garden terrace pool that is peaceful and relaxing, making it a beautiful spot to unwind. However, amenities were sparse and the maintenance issues in the unit were disappointing, detracting from the overall experience. The Wi-Fi service was limited and expensive, and the restaurant options felt lacking compared to other resorts. Overall, it's a good choice for a quiet getaway, but some improvements are needed to meet the expectations of a Gold Crown Resort.

While the hotel has some redeeming qualities like its spacious and clean units and a beautiful pool area, it struggles with maintenance issues and limited amenities.
